How do I change my account information?
To change your account details, click the Login/Register button and insert your e-mail address and password. Now you can change your account information, in MY ACCOUNT field.

How do I change my password?
Click the Login/Register button. Click Enter after typing your e-mail and pasword. Then click I forgot my password. Type your new password twice, which will be confirmed through a validation key sent to your e-mail. If you prefer, you can click the Back button and choose another login option, such as receiving the quick access code via e-mail, loging in through Facebook or through Google.

How do I recover my password?
The system does not allow password recovery, only setting a new one. If you have forgotten yours, click the Login/Register button, click Enter after typing your e-mail and pasword. Then click I forgot my password. Type your new password twice, which will be confirmed through a validation key sent to your e-mail. If you prefer, you can click the Back button and choose another login option, such as receiving the quick access code via e-mail, loging in through Facebook or through Google.

How do I add or remove a delivery address?
Click the My Account button and access My Addresses. You can include, delete or edit the delivery address.

How do I change my account e-mail?
The e-mail address is the only information the online store system does not allow to be changed. If you wish to alter it, please make a new account. This is also valid for e-mails which have been incorrectly registered.
